What we do
While many partners turn to Nuffer, Smith, Tucker for branding and communications planning and outreach, others engage NST to facilitate strategic planning processes to develop or re-examine organizational values, vision, mission, purpose and strategic priorities. We believe that a carefully developed strategic planning process – involving the right players at the right time – is critical to building support for the plan and its successful implementation.
Importantly, we don’t create plans that simply sit on shelves. Rather, we ensure organizations are set up for success by examining the internal organizational structure and alignment of resources to support the plan. In addition, all our planning efforts allow for organizational agility within a greater strategic framework. The end result is a strategic roadmap to guide an organization forward and SMART objectives to create accountability and define success.
