Zackary Mitchell
Paid Media Manager / Curious Campaigner
Zack Mitchell serendipitously entered the paid media world six years ago and has loved it ever since. A natural curiosity and reflexive “wait, why?” mentality has taken him from coaching, to construction, to law - into a career built on asking better questions and finding smarter answers.
With a background in paid media and strategy, he’s known for connecting dots, spotting patterns and going a step further to understand what’s truly driving results. He brings a thoughtful, inquisitive lens to his work, shaped by a tendency to question assumptions and a low tolerance for taking things at face value.
We Asked Zackary …
What’s your favorite tool in the toolbox?
Building rapport. I can’t speak to the number of times that problems are solved and trust is built simply by bringing people into a room together who otherwise wouldn’t have had the chance to talk.
What have you learned so far in your career?
On top of building rapport with people, I’ve learned to check under the hood wherever you go. Taking a step back and understanding how things operate from the proverbial mail room to the C-suite is the best way to facilitate client success, provide strategic recommendations, and minimize redundancies.
What’s your proudest career moment?
I am incredibly proud to have been a primary team member for a campaign that was awarded the Shorty’s Social Change Gold Award. The campaign was focused on enacting behavior change and awareness surrounding the rising youth suicide rates in California.
Where can we find you outside of work?
Most of the time, you can find me on my back patio – playing darts with friends and family and drinking a cold beer.
