Paige Shewmaker is a senior account executive at NST, where she began her career as an intern back in 2020. She thrives on good copy edits, a stellar media hit and a full water bottle. Her well-organized to-do list is the envy of the rest of the team and this gal never misses a deadline. She understands the inner workings of social media platforms and statewide media outlets and excels at helping her clients to think strategically about the task at hand. A true collaborator, you can count on Paige “interacting” with her teammates via numerous Slack calls each day (hey, Slack is the new water cooler).

What’s your favorite tool in the toolbox?
My colleagues. You never want to be the smartest person in the room. There is something to be learned from everyone.
What have you learned so far in your career?
Trust the process. Even when the sky may seem like it’s falling, there is always a valuable takeaway from every situation. Attitude is everything. Smile through the good and the tough times!
What’s your proudest PR moment?
I love seeing client initiatives come to life! I am also very proud that I can now call myself a Zoom aficionado for media segments.
Where can we find you outside of work?
Outside of work you can find me binge watching Bravo, taking a yoga class, refilling my water bottle and attempting to finish one of the eight books I’ve started.
