Coming straight from the Great Plains of Iowa, Kaden Jones is a Graphic & Multimedia Designer who loves turning ideas into eye-catching visuals, clever motion, and the occasional 3D wild card. He’s earned his stripes in everything from food, beverage and entertainment to tech start-ups and even agriculture, giving him a chameleon-like knack for connecting with any audience. Whether it’s branding, motion graphics, or print and digital campaigns, Kaden’s goal is simple: make complex ideas feel clear, approachable, and fun. Fueled by curiosity and a healthy dose of caffeine, he’s always tinkering with new tools and techniques to keep his work fresh. For Kaden, great design isn’t just about looking good. It’s about creating experiences that connect and stick.

What’s your favorite tool in the toolbox?
My favorite tool is After Effects. There’s something so satisfying about bringing ideas to life with motion. The possibilities feel endless, and that constant push keeps my creativity flowing.
What have you learned so far in your career?
I’ve learned that design should always be fun and push boundaries. That balance of playfulness and experimentation is where the best ideas come alive.
What’s your proudest professional moment?
My proudest moments are when I get to take a project from just an idea all the way through to a complete set of deliverables. Designing everything from the brand guide and logo to the website and promotional materials and then seeing people experience that brand in the real world is incredibly rewarding.
Where can we find you outside of work?
You can usually find me soaking up the sun at San Diego’s beaches, hiking the mountain trails, or eating my way through the city one restaurant at a time. When I’m not out exploring with my partner, I’m at home with our five pets (yes, five — three Shibas and two cats), playing video games, or hosting friends for nights filled with food and fun.
