Rumor has it, these changes could happen in late July, and Facebook will give page administrators a whopping two weeks notice to make changes. If changes aren’t made, all wide pages will be cut off at the 520-pixel width, cutting off information and graphics. Any buttons or links in this area will no longer be functional or visible.
So, what does this mean for you? If you have a custom Facebook page, you need to begin redesigning your current pages to the new width and have them ready to roll out around the time the announcement is made. If you have questions about these changes or would like us to help redesign your custom Facebook pages, please let us know and we’d be happy to help.
