Client Work

San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce

In 2014, the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce approached NST to help determine how to message and roll out its new organizational trajectory. NST provided strategic and creative support to communicate the change, which included launching a completely new website and logo.

SANDAG

NST was hired in 2016 by SANDAG to develop and implement a comprehensive community outreach and awareness campaign for all the public and private development activity impacting the University City/Golden Triangle Community in San Diego. The program, called Shift, is a collaboration between SANDAG, the City of San Diego, Metropolitan Transit System, UC San Diego and Caltrans. 

Civic San Diego

NST was hired by Civic San Diego in 2015 to elevate public awareness of the organization and its work in San Diego’s urban communities. NST provides public outreach, media relations support and social media management for a variety of important capital improvement projects, like public parks, fire stations and redevelopment projects.

La Jolla Music Society

La Jolla Music Society is building a new $65 million performing arts center in the heart of La Jolla. NST was hired to develop a communications and outreach plan to ensure all impacted community stakeholders were aware of the project and that the story of the project could be told broadly to key audiences throughout San Diego. NST worked collaboratively with other consultant teams to develop public presentations to groups and organizations in the La Jolla community, and the La Jolla Community Planning Association unanimously approved the project. NST will assist with construction communications and community outreach as the new center is being built.

We have a strong team with extensive community outreach experience that is well-suited for navigating the many facets of public and private organizations. Our team members have worked for elected officials, managed political campaigns, represented public organizations, and bring perspective from both sides of the aisle. NST brings extensive experience in branding and marketing along with a deep personal understanding of the San Diego region.
