Teresa Siles, Managing Director & Senior Vice President

Teresa has led a range of strategic planning, integrated media relations, marketing communications, crisis and issues management, website development and social media projects for clients in multiple industries, with emphasis in agriculture and food.

She also co-manages NST’s Food Foresight process, a trends intelligence system for the agri-food chain, and leads the firm’s strategic planning practice. Through facilitation of strategic planning, she helps organizations determine where they are now, where they want to be in the future, and – importantly – how to get there. Of particular interest, is helping clients uncover their social "purpose" – the end benefit to people or society. Teresa believes that through a clearly defined organizational vision and purpose, business success follows.
